Laid Back Blonde Ale
5% ABV - 7 IBU - CRYSTAL HOPS - 2 ROW PALE, WHITE WHEAT AND CASTLE MUNICH MALTS Summer days in the grand valley influenced this crisp, refreshing day drinker. LBB is our lightest brew but isn't lacking in flavor. Look for soft nutty and fruit flavors with a light and hoppy finish.
5.3% AVB - 17 IBU - NUGGET AND CASCADE HOPS - 50% WHEAT, 2 ROW BASE, CHOCOLATE AND CARA MUNICH MALTS Our brewer’s thirst for a non traditional wheat beer led to the first batch of Hippie. The grand valley’s response created our flagship brew. Chocolate and caramel malts create a beer for veteran and beginner craft beer drinkers alike. Look for a mild & slightly sweet palette,balanced chocolate and caramel flavors enhanced by twist of orange.
5% ABV - 43 IBU - CO CRYSTAL, CO NUGGET AND CENTENNIAL HOPS - CO 2 ROW, CRYSTAL AND MUNICH MALTS With the availability of Colorado grown hops, we had to showcase their uniquely local flavor. Hula boasts aromas of lemon zest and tangerine with a pleasantly bitter finish.
7% ABV - 64 IBU - CENTENNIAL, CHINOOK AND SIMCOE HOPS - PALE AND CRYSTAL MALTS Embrace the wonderful world of hops with this lightly malted, hop forward American IPA. Bold orange zest, grapefruit, and pine make this the staff favorite.
High Desert Red
5.8% ABV - 27 IBU - PALISADE AND CASCADE HOPS - 2 ROW PALE, CARA FOAM, CRYSTAL 70/80 AND CARA RED MALTS Our local favorite is a well balanced American red ale. Slightly sweet, with a rich caramel malt profile, balanced by floral and citrus hop aromas. It’s no wonder our locals are so loyal to this desert brew.
7.5% ABV - 66 IBU - PALE, CRYSTAL, CARA AROMA, BLACK, AND CHOCOLATE MALTS - NUGGET, SIMCO AND CITRA HOPS The latest addition to our daily drinking family is this aggressively hopped Imperial red. It could double as IPA, but with a rich, sweet, caramel backbone — it’s undeniably Imperial red. Look for bold caramelized sugars, notes of fresh baked bread and hints of tobacco balanced by a pungent pine and bright bitter citrus finish.
